When your QuiqSim travel data runs low, you top up in the same WhatsApp chat. No app, no portal, no second purchase flow. Message "top up" or "add data" in the existing QuiqSim thread, the chat returns top-up options matched to your current eSIM (often on the same profile, no re-installation), you pay through a Stripe link in the chat, and the new data activates on the existing line.
How top-up works
1. Message "top up" or "add data." No exact phrasing required โ the chat understands plain language. 2. Pick a top-up plan. The chat returns options for your current country: extra GB on the same plan, extending validity, or switching to a larger plan. 3. Pay in the chat. Stripe link, same as the original purchase. 4. Continue. Where possible, the top-up applies to your existing eSIM profile โ no new installation. Where the partner carrier requires a new profile, a fresh activation link arrives in the chat with one-tap install.
Why top-up matters
A travel eSIM that requires a fresh installation for top-up is friction. By the time you've used up your data, you're in destination, often without Wi-Fi, possibly without time to reinstall an eSIM. QuiqSim's same-profile top-up keeps you online without interruption when the carrier supports it; when it doesn't, the WhatsApp-delivered new activation link is still one tap rather than a website checkout in a different language.
What's not required
- No app. Top-up is in WhatsApp, same as purchase.
- No re-onboarding. The chat already knows your current eSIM. No re-entering destination or plan preferences.
- No second account. Same WhatsApp identity, same contact, same thread.
If you're already a QuiqSim customer and need to top up, message the existing chat. If you're not yet a customer, save the contact: wa.me/34671619991.
